Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd seeks a Supported Living Manager to lead and oversee high-quality, person-centred supported living services in Cannock, Burton on Trent and Tamworth. You will manage a dedicated staff team, drive improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will promote independence and autonomy for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, while embracing new technologies and approaches such as AI and PBS.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing Supported Living services.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.

• Lead and oversee high-quality Supported Living services.
• Promote independence, dignity and autonomy for the people we support.
• Manage, motivate and develop a high-performing staff team.
• Create a positive culture built around trust, respect, accountability and ambition.
• Ensure services operate in line with relevant regulations, legislation and best practice.
• Maintain high standards of quality, governance and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with the people we support, their families, professionals and external stakeholders.
• Support the ongoing development and growth of the service.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes and introduce innovative ways of working.
• Embrace new technologies and approaches, including AI, PBS and Assistive Technology.
