Creative Support is seeking a Supported Living Manager for our service in Telford. You will oversee delivery of person-centered support, promote independence and tenancy sustainment, and manage staff to meet assessed needs within contract and quality requirements.

You will work with regional managers to implement outcome-based plans, develop relationships with partners, and foster equality, diversity, and positive engagement within the service users and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with learning disabilities, mental health and autism.
• Experience leading and managing teams in supported living settings.
• Ability to promote independence, tenancy sustainment and positive risk management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with IT literacy.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the on-site team to deliver person-centred outcomes.
• Assess needs, plan transitions, and implement outcome-based support plans.
• Collaborate with regional managers and external partners to ensure contract and quality standards.
• Promote an inclusive, anti-discriminatory environment and build community connections.
