Qualifications

• Experience with people experiencing homelessness and related needs.
• Ability to respond to safeguarding and safeguarding considerations.
• Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of service users with multiple disadvantages.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operation of the service.
• Apply trauma-informed approaches and create meaningful activities to engage clients.
