Job summary

Two Saints is seeking a Team Leader in Southampton for a full-time, 37-hour fixed-term contract. The role starts at £29,918 and progresses to £31,688, with an Enhanced DBS.

You will lead a team to deliver compassionate support to people experiencing homelessness and care leavers, helping them build confidence and life skills. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to manage challenging situations calmly while using MS Outlook, Excel and Word

Qualifications

• A genuine interest and concern for homelessness and related issues.
• Ability to positively contribute to and lead a team.
• Deal promptly and effectively with challenging situations/crises in a calm manner.
• Strong communication skills, clear verbal and written English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Confident with lone working.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide compassionate support to clients, helping them build confidence and essential life skills.
• Ensure safeguarding policies are followed and work proactively within service guidelines.
• Engage with clients experiencing homelessness and care leavers to build trust and resilience.
• Coordinate with colleagues to deliver person-centred, outcomes-based support.
