Mencap in Birmingham City Centre is seeking a Supported Internship Administrator to join our busy employability team. This 22.5-hour role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality, compliant administrative and operational support across Access to Work claims and learner systems.
You will coordinate with local authorities, parents and carers, manage deadlines such as EHCP reviews, and act as a professional contact for stakeholders.

You will be the backbone of our employability programmes. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders - from local authorities to parents and carers - ensuring our program runs effectively and stays compliant.
