Job summary

Babcock is offering a Supportability Engineering Graduate Programme in Bristol. You’ll gain experience across the full product lifecycle—from early design through maintenance to disposal—and contribute to maintenance planning and data-driven performance improvements.

The programme uses rotational placements in our Supportability Engineering teams, with on-site work and hybrid options, preparing you for a professional career in engineering.

Qualifications

• You’ll need a BEng or MEng in any Engineering discipline.
• Security clearance may apply (BPSS, SC, NNPI).
• Only UK nationals may be eligible for this post.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience across the full product lifecycle from design to disposal.
• Develop and manage technical documentation and material management; deliver Logistics Support Analysis.
• Contribute to maintenance planning and preventive maintenance tasks; use data to drive performance.
• Experience rotations across Supportability Engineering teams during the two-year programme.
