Job summary

Babcock International is offering a two-year Supportability Engineering Graduate Programme based in Bristol. You will rotate through teams to gain experience across the full product lifecycle, from design to maintenance and disposal.

You will build a foundation in documentation, material management, and logistics support analysis, while contributing to maintenance planning and data‑driven performance improvements. This programme supports Chartered engineer status with full guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have a BEng or MEng in any Engineering discipline.
• Must be able to obtain BPSS, Security Check (SC) and NNPI clearance.
• Only UK nationals may be eligible for this programme.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience across the full product lifecycle from design through maintenance to disposal.
• Develop and manage technical documentation, material management, and Logistics Support Analysis.
• Contribute to maintenance planning and develop preventive maintenance tasks.
• Use data and supportability metrics to drive smarter, more efficient system performance.
• Work across rotational placements in Bristol and other sites when offered.
