Are you looking for a support role with no nights and an enhanced rate of pay for weekend hours? Our day centre supports adults (18+) with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that may challenge, and additional health needs, and we’re looking for caring, reliable Support Workers to join the team. The rota includes some evenings and weekend work, with weekends paid at a higher rate.
Our day centre provides a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment where the people we support can build skills, enjoy meaningful activities and be part of their community. Support ranges from small group sessions through to dedicated 1-1 support, tailored to each person’s needs, communication style and goals.
The adults who attend have a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that may challenge, and co‑existing physical or mental health conditions so no two days are the same, and the difference you make is real and visible!
