Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting experienced Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in Newmarket. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living activities, and promote independence across supported living services.

Ideal candidates have training in PEG feeding, medication administration, PBS, and related areas, and can travel within the Newmarket area. Flexible shifts, travel between services, and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have training and experience in PEG Feeding.
• Experience with Buccal Medication Administration and Medication Management is required.
• Awareness of Epilepsy and Dysphagia is desirable.
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is preferred.
• Experience with Catheter Care.
• A Mandatory Training Certificate is required.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers to work across a range of supported living services in Newmarket. The services specialise in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs, helping them to live independently while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion.

• Provide high:quality person:centred care and support.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.
• Promote independence, well being, and social inclusion.
• Support individuals with complex needs, behaviours of concern, and mental health conditions.
• Administer and record medication in line with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and CQC regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
