Avenues Group in Tonbridge is seeking caring Support Workers to help adults with Down syndrome and autism live active, independent lives. No experience is required as funded training is provided through Health and Social Care qualifications.

The role offers flexible patterns, DBS is fully paid, and you’ll join a welcoming team with opportunities for progression and a contributory pension. Located in Tonbridge with good transport links.

We're looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team in Tonbridge, supporting adults with Down syndrome and autism to live active, independent and fulfilling lives.

The service is well connected by public transport, with the town centre and train station approximately 15 minutes away by bus. There are also local shops, a pharmacy, post office and park within easy walking distance, making it a convenient place to work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support people to live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals

• Help people build and maintain relationships with family and friends
• Assist with cooking, shopping, household tasks and managing finances
