The Avenues Trust Group is hiring a dedicated Support Worker in Alton, Hampshire. You’ll help adults with learning disabilities live more independently, assist with daily tasks, and support community connections.

No prior care experience is required as full training and recognised qualifications are provided. We offer flexible hours and pathways to grow your career in a supportive, values-driven organisation.

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Alton, supporting male and female adults with learning disabilities, who have low support needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Every day’s different, but your role could include:

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
• Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
• Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
• Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
• Making each day meaningful - and having fun while you do it!
