Your Impactful Responsibilities Will Include :

Facilitating Learning : Guide students through their daily learning activities, adapting strategies to meet individual needs and learning styles.

Empowering Well-being : Actively promote and support the social, emotional, and behavioral development of pupils, building resilience and confidence.

Creating Safe Spaces : Help maintain a stimulating, safe, and positive environment conducive to effective learning.

Strategic Collaboration : Work alongside classroom teachers to execute personalized learning plans and enhance overall classroom engagement.

Implementing Key Plans : Assist diligently with the practical delivery of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
