Job summary

Keys Group is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred day-to-day support for adults in our services across England and Wales. You will help with routine tasks, support independence, and encourage participation in hobbies and activities to promote wellbeing.

You will assist with health care needs, accompany appointments, teach life skills, assist with personal care and domestic tasks, and offer emotional support.

  • Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
  • Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administering medication.
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
  • Assisting with personal care as required.
  • Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
  • Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

Job description

We provide person-centred support for people with Mental Health needs, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injuries. From therapeutic and residential care to tailored supported living services, we support over 1,000 individuals across England and Wales to live more independently and with greater confidence.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
