Job summary

Affinity Trust in Whitstable, Kent, is seeking a part-time support worker to assist people with learning disabilities. You will help individuals navigate daily activities, promote independence, and support personal goals in a compassionate, person-centered way.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence and a willingness to drive mobility vehicles. Training is provided, including an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with enhanced DBS paid by the employer.

What will I support?

Working with people with Learning Disabilities involves appreciating their own personal journeys. Your role is to inspire, support and promote independence while building a connection with them.
