Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help individuals in their own homes around Wimblington. You’ll support daily living, promote independence, and encourage activities in the local area, while delivering practical and emotional support.

Training is provided, including NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with options for full-time or part-time hours. A Full UK driving licence is required to enable travel between placements and activities.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred or required.
• Full training provided to support workers.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in their own homes to stay independent and safe.
• Encourage outings, activities, and community engagement.
