Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Staplehurst to help people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs live their best lives. You will provide practical support, encouragement and companionship to enable independence and confidence.

The role requires empathy, energy and a willingness to drive mobility vehicles as needed; full training is provided to achieve NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

Qualifications

• Full training provided plus NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
• Full UK manual driving licence and willingness to drive mobility vehicle.
• Interest or experience in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs.
