Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Sutton is hiring a Support Worker to empower adults with learning disabilities and related needs to live life their way. You will support daily living, social activities and health/wellbeing in a safe, person-centred environment.

The role involves delivering high-quality care, following individual care plans and working on a rota basis to cover 35 hours per week. NVQ Level 2 in Social Care is preferred; training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or higher.
• Basic IT skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Job description

Location: Sutton, Greater London, SM2 5RY

Hours: Full time 35 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)

Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Service

Tudor Lodge a 7-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and complex needs. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including going shopping, pub visits and walking helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs to live life their way.

You’ll:

Pay Structure

• Entry Level – £12.71 per hour


• NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour


• NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
