Aldershot-based Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower adults with learning disabilities to live life their way. This full-time role is 35 hours per week on a rota basis, with a pay range of £12.71 to £13.21 per hour depending on qualifications.

About the Service

St Johns Crescent SL is a 3-bed supported living service supporting adult females and males with learning disabilities and epilepsy. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including football, food, socialising, beauty and fashion, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.

You’ll:

• Support independence and personal goals
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
• Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
• Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure

• Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
• NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
• NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
