Awards/Upfield is a 6-bed residential service in Horley. Allscreens Nationwide Ltd seeks a dedicated Support Worker to empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live life their way.
You will deliver person-centred care, support daily activities, personal care, and health/wellbeing, following individual care plans to ensure safety and consistency. The role is full-time with a rotating 42-hour week.
Hours: Full-time 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)
Pay: £12.71 - £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)
Upfield is a 6-bed residential service supporting male adults with learning disabilities, mental health and Tourettes syndrome. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including going to the pub, bowling, holidays and hosting parties helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs to live life their way.
You’ll:
Support independence and personal goals
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
