Job summary

Park View is a 4-bed supported living service run by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd, providing care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The role focuses on empowering residents to live life their way within a safe, structured environment.

As a Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, support daily living activities, and follow individual care plans to ensure consistent, safe support while attending to wellbeing and independence goals.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Social Care.
• NVQ Level 3 completed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs to live life their way.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, shopping and social outings.
• Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing.
• Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure safe, consistent support.

Job description

Hours: Full-time 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)

Pay: £12.71 - £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Service

Park View is a 4-bed supported living service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including being out in the garden, water play, walking and ball games helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

Pay Structure

• Entry Level - £12.71 per hour
• NVQ Level 2 completed - £12.96 per hour
• NVQ Level 3 completed - £13.21 per hour
