Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd invites applications for a Support Worker at Larkrise, a 7-bed residential service in Sutton. You will empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs to live life their way, delivering person-centred care and supporting daily activities.

Full-time role at 35 hours per week with a driving licence required and a clear care plan to ensure safe, consistent support. Competitive hourly pay with progression opportunities.

Job description

Location: Sutton, Greater London, SM2 5RY

Hours: Full-time 35 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)

Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

Please note a full UK driving licence is required for this role

About the Service

Larkrise a 7-bed residential service supporting male adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and complex needs. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including swimming, walking, dancing and listening to music helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs to live life their way.

You’ll:

• Support independence and personal goals


• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care


• Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings


• Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing


• Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure

Entry Level – £12.71 per hour

NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour

NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
