Job summary

A Support Worker role at Grove House, Sutton is offered by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. The position is part-time (20 hours per week) with a rota across Monday to Sunday and pay between £12.71 and £13.21 per hour, depending on qualifications.

We are looking for caring, reliable individuals with a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities and related needs. NVQ Level 2+ and basic IT skills are expected, with opportunities for development within our academies and recognition events.

Location: Sutton, Greater London, SM1 2DD

Hours: Part time 20 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)

Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Service

Grove house a 8-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and complex needs. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including going to the cinema cycling, walking an days out helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs to live life their way.

You’ll:

• Support independence and personal goals
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care

Pay Structure

• Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
• NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
• NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
