Wendover House in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You will help residents live life their way, supporting independence, daily living skills, and meaningful activities in a structured setting.
Role includes delivering high-quality, person-centred care, assisting with cooking, shopping and outings, and ensuring wellbeing through care plans.
Hours: Full-time 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)
Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)
Wendover House is a 7-bed residential service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including going to garden centres, bowling, swimming and cinema helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
