Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Taunton.
As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
Your role involves assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital part in their lives.
This role may involve supporting and lone working with 5 people in the service at times.

All our services are 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life!
Shift times are between 07:00 and 22:00. There is also an option for sleep-in shifts, for which you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
*All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
Important: This position is not suitable for those seeking sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa or currently holding one, as the role does not meet the UKVI minimum salary threshold for sponsorship.
