BANK Support Worker required for Adult Learning Disability Services.

Must have full UK right to work.

Driver with UK Licence preferable.

Opportunities across adult services in the Taunton & Bridgwater area. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team of Support Workers around Taunton and Bridgwater. As a Support Worker, you will support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, covering ad hoc shifts and/or full and part-time roles.

About you:

A successful candidate will have experience working within the care sector, specifically with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You must demonstrate compassion and have excellent communication skills to provide the high level of care required.

Pay starts from £12.21 per hour PAYE plus holiday pay (12.07%).

Requirements for Support Workers:

• Experience within social care for more than 6 months.
• Experience with epilepsy, dysphagia, and PEG feeding is preferable.
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the update service.
• Driving license and own transport are preferable due to service locations.

Shift times for Support Workers:

• Monday to Sunday.
• Shift patterns include:

7:30-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 7:00-22:00

• Full or part-time available.
• Flexible hours.
