Student Support Worker

Location:

Taunton, TA2

Hours:

Full-time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Contract:

Temporary with the view to go permanent

About the Role:

Our SEN School in Taunton is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Autism Support Worker. You will support children with autism, ADHD, and communication challenges, using innovative strategies to promote social, emotional, and academic growth in both structured and natural environments.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in special educational needs (SEND)
• Experience working with children or vulnerable adults
• Collaborative team spirit
• Motivation to help students excel

Additional Information:

• Hours: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm
• Roles available: Full-time and part-time
• Pay: £89 per day, depending on experience and qualifications
• Initially temporary, with potential to become permanent
