Inicio Group Ltd in Preston is hiring a Support Worker (Supported Accommodation) to help young people aged 16 to 19 transition to adulthood. The role is full-time (34 hours) with sleep-in shifts, and includes a generous welcome package and ongoing training.

You will work in a multi-agency setting, promote independence, and deliver wraparound support. DBS checks, driving licence required, and a commitment to non-discriminatory care are essential; benefits include health plan, pension, holiday

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (Desired).
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience (Desired).
• Hold a valid driving licence and access to own vehicle (Required).
• Minimum age 21 years (Required).
• DBS on Update Service (Desired).
• Willing and able to do Sleep In shifts (Required).

SUPPORT WORKER (SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION)
Required for our service in Preston

• £500 welcome bonus (£250 on successful completion of induction, £250 on successful completion of probation)
• Full-Time 34 hours with sleeps (Av 10 sleeps per month)
  £31,984 - £32,868 per annum (based on £13.00 - £13.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications)
• Sleep in allowance £75 per sleep
• 3 Week rolling rota including weekends and evenings across a 7 day period
