Inicio Group Ltd is seeking a motivated Support Worker for their Stoke-on-Trent service, offering full-time hours and a structured 3-week rolling rota including weekends and evenings. You will support young people aged 16 to 19 leaving care, with induction, training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role involves promoting independence, coordinating with multiple agencies, and providing respectful, person-centred support to help young people transition into adulthood.

SUPPORT WORKER (SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION)

Required for our service in Stoke-on-Trent

• £500 welcome bonus (£250 on successful completion of induction, £250 on successful completion of probation)
• Full-Time 34 hours with sleeps (Av 10 sleeps per month)
• £31,984 - £32,868 per annum (based on £13.00 - £13.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications)
• Sleep in allowance £75 per sleep
• 3 Week rolling rota including weekends and evenings across a 7 day period
