Inicio Group Ltd in Wolverhampton is seeking a committed Support Worker to help young people aged 16–19 transition to adulthood. The role involves promoting independence, delivering wrap-around support with agencies, and upholding equality and respect across all interactions.

The ideal candidate will have Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), 1+ year of relevant experience, a valid driving licence, and a willingness to do Sleep In shifts; induction is provided with extensive

Job description

SUPPORT WORKER (SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION)
Required for our service in Wolverhampton

• £500 welcome bonus (£250 on successful completion of induction, £250 on successful completion of probation)
• Full-Time 34 hours with sleeps (Av 10 sleeps per month)
• £31,984 - £32,868 per annum (based on £13.00 - £13.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications)
• Sleep in allowance £75 per sleep
• 3 Week rolling rota including weekends and evenings across a 7 day period

As a Support Worker your role will be to work alongside young people, actively promoting independence and preparing them to transition into adulthood.

Experience & Qualifications
