Job summary

Inicio Group Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker for our Manchester service supporting young people aged 16 to 19 transitioning from care. You will work full-time 38 hours per week on day shifts in a 3-week rolling rota, and you may be eligible for a £500 welcome bonus.

The role focuses on independence, transition to adulthood, and providing wrap-around support in partnership with multiagency professionals. A Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care and a driving licence are desirable/required, with

As a Support Worker your role will be to work alongside young people, actively promoting independence and preparing them to transition into adulthood.

Working on a multiagency basis and in partnership with internal and external professionals to ensure young people are given the correct wrap around support and are treated equally, as individuals, and without discrimination.

Experience & Qualifications

• Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care. (Desired)
• Minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience. (Desired)
• Hold a valid Driving licence and access to own vehicle. (Required)
• Minimum age requirement of 19 years of age. (Required)
• DBS on Update System. (Desired)
