Job summary

Inicio Group Ltd in Castleford is hiring a part-time Support Worker (Supported Accommodation) to work 19 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £13.00–£13.50. The role supports young people aged 16 to 19 in transition to adulthood, promoting independence and providing wrap-around care.

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (Desired).

• DBS on Update System (Desired).
• Willing & able to do Sleep In shifts (Required).

£250 welcome bonus (£125 on successful completion of induction, £125 on successful completion of probation)

As a Support Worker your role will be to work alongside young people, actively promoting independence and preparing them to transition into adulthood.

Working on a multiagency basis and in partnership with internal and external professionals to ensure young people are given the correct wrap around support and are treated equally, as individuals, and without discrimination.

Experience & Qualifications

Welcome bonus T&C's: Inicio Group reserves the right to reclaim the welcome bonus if the employee voluntarily leaves or is dismissed for misconduct within 12 months of their start date. Any reclaim will be calculated on a pro-rata basis at 1/12th of the total bonus for each full month not completed.
