Job summary

Bridgewell, our new supported living service, provides personalised, compassionate care for adults with learning disabilities, empowering them to live confidently and independently in a warm, respectful environment.

You will support with personal care, medication, daily tasks, and community activities, helping people build confidence and stay safe in unexpected situations. A sleep-in is required weekly with an additional £52.78 allowance.

Qualifications

• Motivated and genuinely want to make a difference.
• Able to communicate well and adapt to different needs.
• Reliable and flexible (shifts include weekends/bank holidays: 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm)
• Supportive of an environment where everyone feels valued and included.
