Job summary

Bridgewell, our new supported living service, provides personalised, compassionate care for adults with learning disabilities, empowering them to live confidently and independently in a warm, respectful environment.

You will support with personal care, medication, daily tasks, and community activities, helping people build confidence and stay safe in unexpected situations. A sleep-in is required weekly with an additional £52.78 allowance.

Please note: A minimum of one sleep-in per week is required as part of the role, with an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep-in.

It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence (manual) and hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
