Job summary

Bridgewell, a new supported living service, helps adults with learning disabilities to live confidently and independently in a warm, respectful environment. Our team works closely to provide personalised, compassionate care that empowers each person to make choices and feel included in daily life.

You will support with personal care, medication, daily tasks, and community activities, helping people build confidence and stay safe during unexpected situations.

Qualifications

• Care experience and genuine desire to make a difference.
• Good communication and adaptability to diverse needs.
• Willing to work weekends/bank holidays and various shifts.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to undertake care qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care and medication administration.
• Assist with daily tasks and community activities.
• Ensure safety and respond to unexpected situations.

You will support with personal care, medication, daily tasks, and community activities, helping people build confidence and stay safe during unexpected situations.

Requirements

• Motivated and genuinely want to make a difference
• Able to communicate well and adapt to different needs
• Reliable and flexible (shifts include weekends/bank holidays: 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm)
• Supportive of an environment where everyone feels valued and included

Please note: A minimum of one sleep-in per week is required as part of the role, with an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep-in.

It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence (manual) and hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
