Job summary

Dimensions (UK) Ltd. in Colden Common near Winchester is seeking caring, enthusiastic staff to support two gentlemen and one lady in their 50s to live fulfilling, independent lives. The role includes personal care, medication support, and helping with activities like visits to garden centres, walks and swimming.

The successful candidate will drive mobility vehicles, be compassionate, patient and reliable, and able to work with diverse needs while promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and reliable character required.
• Willingness to support individuals with medication needs, including epilepsy.
• Must have a full UK driving licence to drive mobility vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and moving/handling support.
• Administer medication and support health-related needs, including epilepsy management.
• Accompany individuals to access community activities and weekly swimming sessions.
• Assist with daily living tasks: meals, cleaning and laundry.
• Encourage independence, choice and inclusion in daily life.
• Build person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
