Dimensions Ltd in Bridgend is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help four men aged 30s to 50s live active, meaningful lives. You will assist with personal care, daily tasks, and community activities, ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

A full UK manual licence is essential, as you’ll drive to activities, appointments and social events. The role requires empathy, resilience and clear communication to support diverse needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Previous care or support experience required.
• Ability to support people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Clear communication and adaptability to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support including personal care and medication support.
• Help individuals to participate in activities they love and go out into the community.
• Tailor support to each person, promoting dignity, independence and choice.
• Works with PBS approaches and support plans.
