Job summary

Dimensions Ltd is seeking a cheerful Female Support Worker to join our small, friendly team. You will support three ladies aged 40s–70s with learning disabilities and health needs, helping them live active, meaningful lives.

This role involves personal care, mobility assistance, attending medical appointments, and getting out into the community. A full UK/EU driving licence for an automatic vehicle is essential, and you should be comfortable with manual handling in daily support.

Qualifications

• Full UK/EU driving licence essential (automatic vehicle).
• Comfortable with physical aspects of support including manual handling.
• Ability to support individuals with learning disabilities and health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide intimate personal care and mobility assistance.
• Move and reposition clients in wheelchairs and beds using appropriate equipment.
• Attend medical appointments with clients and accompany them in the community.
• Support clients to participate in activities, outings and social events.
