Job summary

Independent Living Solutions Ltd. is seeking a caring support worker to assist Brenda at home in Aldershot. You will provide personal care, prepare meals, supervise transfers and follow therapy programmes while working with a friendly multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a full clean driving license, patience, empathy and flexibility. Driving the client’s adapted vehicle is required; safeguarding and DBS checks will be completed as part of recruitment. ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel to client locations as required.
• Full clean driving licence is essential for this role.
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with all aspects of personal care.
• Supervising transfers and using equipment safely.
• Preparing and cooking meals and supporting daily living tasks.
• Follow team guidance from Team Leader and Case Manager.
• Support rehabilitation activities and maintain client independence.
• Communicate effectively with client and staff.
