Dimensions (UK) Ltd. in Colden Common near Winchester is seeking caring, enthusiastic staff to support two gentlemen and one lady in their 50s to live fulfilling, independent lives. The role includes personal care, medication support, and helping with activities like visits to garden centres, walks and swimming.

The successful candidate will drive mobility vehicles, be compassionate, patient and reliable, and able to work with diverse needs while promoting independence.

We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our friendly support team in Colden Common, Winchester. You will be supporting two gentlemen and one lady in their 50s to live fulfilling and independent lives. They enjoy a variety of activities, including visiting local garden centres, shopping trips, countryside walks and weekly swimming sessions. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll play an important part in supporting people to achieve their goals, maintain their independence and enjoy the activities they love.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide personal care and support, including moving and handling assistance.
• Administer medication and support with health-related needs, including rescue medication for epilepsy.
• Accompany and support individuals to access community activities, appointments and weekly swimming sessions.
• Support with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, household cleaning and laundry.
• Encourage independence, choice and inclusion in all aspects of daily life.
• Build positive relationships and provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.

Full UK Driving Licence Essential – You will be required to drive mobility vehicles (both manual and automatic).
