Dimensions is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Norton Subcourse, NR14, to help two gentlemen live active, independent lives in their home and community. The role includes personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and assisting with daily living tasks.

A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential, and you’ll work a 9:00–22:00 shift pattern with occasional sleep-ins. We value flexible, person-centred care and provide training, DBS support, and benefits to support

Formación

• Holds a full UK manual driving licence.
• Has access to their own vehicle for travelling to work.
• Is happy to drive the vehicles belonging to the people we support (manual and automatic).
• Are confident cooking meals from scratch using fresh ingredients.
• Is comfortable providing full personal care and medication support.
• Can work independently during lone-working shifts.
• Enjoys being active and supporting people in the community.
• Has excellent communication skills and a patient, person-centred approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and medication support.
• Prepare meals and support healthy lifestyles.
• Support with daily living tasks and promote independence.
• Assist with community activities and wheelchair access as needed.
• Work within a two-week rolling rota from 9:00 to 22:00 with sleep-ins as required.
