Job summary

Delight Supported Living Ltd. is recruiting compassionate Support Workers to join our new services in the Falkirk area. You will provide person-centred care, create a homely environment, and support daily living activities.

We offer flexible hours, training and development opportunities, and supportive managers focused on independence and dignity for the adults in our care. Right to work in the UK is required; a full driving license is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care.
• Create a homely environment for service users.
• Support daily living activities and mobility.
• Observe and promote service users’ rights, dignity and independence.
• Liaise with senior staff and maintain accurate reports.
• Support other team members and coordinate shifts.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Encourage client independence and motivation.
• Accompany service users on community activities.
