Job summary

Capability Scotland is seeking a Supported Living Support Worker to help adults with complex physical and learning disabilities live independently in their own homes or small adapted settings in Dunfermline and Rosyth.

You will support personal care, mobility, medication, and daily tasks while helping service users access the community and build confidence. Full training is provided; shifts include days, backshifts and nights on a rolling pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not essential; full training provided.
• Driving license and access to a vehicle essential.
• Flexible, caring, and committed to person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with complex physical and learning disabilities to live independently.
• Help service users access the community and participate in activities.
• Provide personal care, mobility assistance, medication support, dressing, mealtimes, and household tasks.
• Build confidence, independence and a sense of belonging.
