Ailsa Care Services in Falkirk and Stirling is seeking a Flexible Children & Young Adults Support Worker. Earn £13.45 per hour with holiday pay, pension, and mileage allowance, on a casual bank contract with flexible hours.

As part of our care team you will provide person-centred support to children and young adults across Falkirk and surrounding areas, helping them regain independence at home and in the community. Full training is provided and there is ongoing professional development.

About The Role

As a Children and young adults support worker, you will provide person-centred care to Children and Young Adults across Falkirk and surrounding areas helping them regain independence in their own homes and in the community.

Your Duties Include

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Social visits- such as attending college, day centres, shopping etc.
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are required.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
• Good English communication skills
