Job summary

Ailsa Care Services is seeking a Children and Young Adults Support Worker to provide person-centred care across Falkirk and surrounding areas, helping young clients regain independence at home and in the community.

You will perform personal care, meal preparation, light household tasks, and accompany visits to college or day centres; full training provided. A full UK driving licence and own car are required, with occasional AM/PM shifts and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with own car and business insurance required.
• Right to work in the UK. Sponsorship not available.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Personal care for Children and Young Adults.
• Meal preparation and basic cooking.
• Light household tasks.
• Social visits to college, day centres, shopping, etc.
• Companionship and emotional support.
