Job summary

Ailsa Care Services in Falkirk and surrounding areas is recruiting a Social Support Worker to deliver person-centred care to older adults in their own homes. You will work within grouped visits and structured shifts, helping clients regain independence with compassionate support.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; travel is community-based and involves shifting patterns to cover local routes. Join a team making a real difference daily.

• Travel requirements include a full UK driving licence, own car and business insurance.

• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

About the Role
