Partners in Support in Watford is seeking a part-time Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities and autism live life their way. You’ll provide emotional and practical support, helping clients build confidence and independence and access their communities.

The role offers guaranteed hours and full training, within a CQC-rated Outstanding organisation. Two vacancies: Watford (15 hours/week) and St Albans (22.5 hours/week).

Qualifications

• No prior social care experience required; full training will be provided.
• Commitment to empowering people and maintaining dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical support to adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Help individuals build confidence, develop independence and learn new skills.
• Support participation in community activities and daily living.
• Work with the team to ensure consistent person-centred support.
