Priority Recruitment is hiring a Female Support Worker in St Albans, with hours totalling 12 per fortnight. The role involves evenings and weekend shifts for a client with cerebral palsy and communication challenges. You will provide personal care and support with daily activities and accompany the client on day trips.

Pay is £17.93–£20.17 per hour (PAYE) including holiday pay, with flexible hours and a focus on development opportunities through our learning programme and online courses.

Job Title: Female Support Worker

Location: St Albans, London

Pay rate: £17.93 - £20.17 (Incl holiday pay)

Job Type: 12 hours per fortnight -1 evening shift + 1 weekend shift per fortnight

Shift times:

• Evening shift:3:00pm - 9:00pm (weekday - to be agreed)
• Weekend shift:9:00am - 3:00pm (Saturday or Sunday - to be agreed

• Supporting our 10 year old client with cerebral palsy and communication challenges (uses eye gazer and pointing)
• This role includes personal care, manual handling and companionship for various activities and day trips

Successful Applicant:

• Previous experience and confident working with children with complex conditions - brain injuries, cerebral palsy , epilepsy etc
• Must have flexibility to work 2 shifts a fortnight
