Partners in Support is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism in living life their way. You will deliver emotional and practical support, helping individuals grow confidence and independence through personalised activities and community engagement.

No prior social care experience is required; full training will be provided. The role offers a permanent, part‑time contract in St Albans with supportive supervision and progression opportunities.
