Cygnet Beacon House in West Yorkshire is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to join a residential service for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You will work full time (42 hours) on 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends, on a two-week rolling rota, with a focus on person-centered care.
You’ll provide physical and emotional support, help service users access the community, maintain safety, and participate in learning through cooking and cleaning tasks.

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.
You’ll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Beacon House.
Beacon House is a specialist residential service in West Yorkshire supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
