Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for night shifts to provide high-quality care across diverse settings, including elderly care and support for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. Responsibilities

• Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Support Worker may include assisting service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication, meal preparation, and providing general companionship.
• You' ll work closely with care plans to ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity, providing physical and emotional support to help them achieve their goals.
